1. Agreement

By accessing hearthandwhiskers.com (the "Site") or purchasing from Hearth & Whiskers ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Products & Orders

We sell handcrafted cat furniture. We do our best to display colors and finishes accurately, but slight variation is normal for natural materials. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable sales tax. Payment is charged at checkout. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our payment processor.

4. Shipping

We ship within the continental United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Hearth & Whiskers name, logo, product designs, photography, and copy — is owned by us and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

8. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Products are sold "as is" except for defects covered under our return policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hearth & Whiskers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Hearth & Whiskers is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
